I photograph maternity, fresh 48, newborn, and family with a lifestyle aesthetic. My goal, as a lifestyle photographer, is to capture authentic emotion and genuine moments in the regular settings of life. I can photograph in your home or do a locational shoot but, regardless of the setting, my goal is to capture your family candidly as you interact and explore. I want the smiles preserved in photography to bring us back to a genuine memory of love and togetherness.
Pregnancy is such a special time in a woman's life. I love to capture the beauty and anticipation as you grow a new member of your family. Maternity shoots can either take place in your home or at scenic location. In home maternity sessions allow for me to focus in on the preparation and excitement that goes into preparing your home and hearts. Outdoor destinations offer a more dramatic backdrop to highlight those priceless maternal moments. I like to invite the mother to bring the entire family along for these sessions.
Come of the most priceless moments to preserve are the candid expressions, laughter, love, and silliness that come forward at a family session. I can photograph your family either in the comfort of your home or our in the beautiful locations that Washington has for us! Family shoots are kept fun and interactive so that kids (and adults!) won't have to hear me speak the word "smile!"
I have a soft spot for newborn photography and want to grow this area. I can come out to hospitals or birthing centers if policy allows and capture those fleeting first moments as a "fresh 48" package and am even open to discussing delivery photography. Newborn shoots during the first few weeks will occur in home, allowing for an authentic capture of those cozy moments.
